Right to Cancel

Our supplied products are fully custom-made and thus exempt from cancellation rights. However, since we have not yet scheduled your item for printing (such as creating printing plates), we reserve the right to cancel the order if needed.

Complaints Procedure

Sometimes things don't go as planned. If you need to complain about the goods received, please contact us first at info@alp-group.co.uk. We have a complaints process for such issues. Your order will be reviewed by the Production Director and QC Department, and we will inform you of our findings. In some cases, we may offer a re-print. All complaints regarding the quality and quantity of goods must be sent to us in writing within 3 working days of receiving the goods; otherwise, the goods will be considered compliant with the contract's quality and quantity standards.

Payment - Your side of the bargain

Our discounted prices are available when you place your order online and pay at the same time. HSBC handles our online credit and debit card payments, ensuring top security. Alternatively, you can pay via Paypal. You also have the option to pay by telephone, BACS, or cheque, with the cheque needing to clear before we process your order. If you prefer not to pay online, select the "Contact Me" option at the shopping cart. When paying by card over the phone, the billing and delivery addresses must match.

Online Security
