Free Delivery from The School Printer

Order with us and you won’t pay a penny for standard UK delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all products with no hidden charges at checkout. Residents in more remote or hard-to-reach areas (lucky you!) will incur an extra fee to cover delivery costs. All additional charges are shown at checkout. The details for our non-standard deliveries are explained below.  

Safe Deliveries from The School Printer

Despite our best efforts, boxes of school books and other heavy items are sometimes dropped on their corners by couriers during transit, causing damage to the contents. As an alternative, we now offer palletised deliveries for £50.00, which ensure that your order and its contents arrive in perfect condition. Your printed product is stacked on a pallet, strapped, and wrapped with a top cover. Pallet deliveries are also available on a next working day basis from the date of dispatch.

Did you know that some printer delivery fees can increase your total printing costs by nearly 25%? 

All UK standard deliveries use the 'Next Working Day' service. 'Next Day' means delivery occurs between 8am and 6pm. We dispatch items promptly once ready: orders placed on Monday arrive on Tuesday, while Friday orders arrive on Monday. If there's a bank holiday, delivery shifts to the next working day. During shutdown periods such as Christmas, we publish the final order dates on our website.

You also have the option to upgrade your delivery service to the following: 

Delivery upgrades

• Next working day by 10.30am: £25.00 
• Next working day by noon: £20.00 
• Multiple next day deliveries: £15.00 for each additional address 

Collection service 

Feel free to pick up your order from our warehouse. You can collect your items at a convenient time during our opening hours. Just place your order and specify in the instructions that you’d like to pick it up. We’ll contact you when it’s ready and hold your package securely until you arrive.
