Our Prospectus Printing is available to order in four sizes, printed on smooth silk or uncoated recycled papers. For a quality prospectus with a lovely feel in the hand these automatically come with a 250gsm heavy cover. Use our eco recyclable gloss or matt laminate option to give your prospectus cover even more luxe - whilst prolonging its life.
Printed in full colour with eco friendly inks and toners, all of our products are supported by our commitment to our FSC® certification.

WHAT DOES PP MEAN? The term PP means printed pages or sides - so a 12pp A4 Prospectus is 12 pages of A4 where the front cover is page 1 and the reverse of the back cover is page 12.
Your prospectus must have a number of pages which are divisible by four, so 12 page, 20 page etc - no 13 or 19 pages! Each booklet is finished with two staples, sometimes called stitched, which holds all the pages together very securely.

A prospectus is the perfect vehicle to showcase all of the ‘selling’ features of your school. Think about including your extracurricular activities, testimonials and case studies, special teaching programmes and the physical facilities of your school.
If you already have some print ready artwork that we can use for your prospectus that's great! In most cases we expect we will create it for you, in which case we will contact you and take a full brief that will be used as the basis for creating your own bespoke prospectus.
Things to have initially are as many fabulous pictures of your school and facilities as you can find, and the text that will accompany them. Then we will get to work on designing your prospectus - and of course you will have the final say and sign off!
With our own design studio on site and a very experienced team of printers and print finishers, we have all the knowledge and expertise to produce a school prospectus that meets all your expectations. And if you have any questions, we are all here to help.
We print all of your prospectuses at our own site so if you need more pages, a different size prospectus or perhaps an insert or form to accompany it, we can do that for you. You can either leave us a note in Special Instructions when you place your order or Contact Us directly.
Well that really depends upon how much work you do and how much we do! The more content you can supply us the quicker our studio can create a beautiful prospectus for you. Please bear in mind that once you have approved the design we will need up to two weeks to print and finish it for you.
A heavy cover is when the weight of the paper for prospectus cover is heavier than that of the text pages, more like a light card. For our prospectus printing our covers are 250gsm and have a lovely thick feel in the hand for a quality product.
