Our multi-purpose folders are eco-printed on thick 300gsm Uncoated Recycled board or 350gsm smooth Silk Art board. Both of these materials are from sustainable sources and FSC® certified. Our standard folders are made with a simple slot together pocket and are supplied without laminate. For a folder with a longer life we also offer the options of having a glued pocket and gloss or matt laminate added to one or both sides.
For added versatility they are avilable in A4 and A5 with or without capacity. Capacity folders will hold up to 30 sheets of standard A4 paper whilst non-capacity will accommodate up to 15 sheets of paper.

This product is supplied die-cut to size, creased and flat. Please allow up to 10 working days from proof approval for delivery of your folders. Adding Laminate will add up to a further 4 days to lead time. Recycled folders may print "flatter" than the artwork supplied.

Presentation folders printed with your school branding is a go-to product at the beginning of every term when students are issued with timetables, revision schedules and learning packs, and parents are given PTA and event information. In addition they help keep documents neat and organised and create a professional and cohesive look for school communications.
Like most most functional printed products there are many different styles and options. For example, you may want to add business card slots or a pocket on the opposite side, or even two pockets. All of which can be easily done. To make ordering simple on The School Printer website we have given you the most commonly used size and styles, but if you need something different send us an email and we will give you a bespoke quotation.
We know that folder design can be tricky, which is why we offer a fixed price for us to the design for you. Single or double sided design can be ordered by adding it to your order by using the 'Build your Order'option. Use our £10 fixed price Tidy My Design service if you think your own design might need a few tweaks or professional help.

We have templates for folders with many different capacity spines so are bound to have something that suits. If not, one of our designers will create a template with a different capacity for your approval.
Changing the style of your pocket can add some interest to your school folder without a huge uplift in cost. You may with to add a shaped folder with a triangluar pocket, or even one that incorporates part of your school emblem. Whatever your requirements, we can design and produce it for you.
