Available in a choice ofpapers and sizes and printed in vibrant full-colour, our school postcards are easy to write on and to post or hand-deliver. Customisable with your school logos, colours, and messaging, they help reinforce school identity while ensuring clear, effective communication.
Since launching our parent website, A Local Printer, in 2006, we've offered a multi-sorts option. It's the most straightforward and affordable way to maximise your budget, allowing you to order up to four different postcard designs for the same price as one. We don't charge extra for additional designs—in fact, we encourage you to add more than one! If you need between five and twenty designs, we can handle that as well.
You know what you want your postcards to say and how they should look, but you don't have a print-ready design. At The School Printer, our studio with expert designers can turn your ideas into the finished postcards you need. If your project involves complex design work, we will inform you of the cost upfront; otherwise, you only pay for the basic design option you choose. We prioritise transparency and fairness for all our customers.
Tidy My Design serves as our safety net when you have a postcard design but need assistance preparing it for printing. It includes adding bleed, ensuring images and text are correctly positioned, and checking resolution and other key elements to ensure a professional-quality print. We can also add the dividing line for an addresss and a stamp location rectangle if required.
They certainly are. In fact we have a lovely range of textured papers available which will elevate your postcards in to a different league. Our favourites are a 'linen' feel paper called Nettuno, or a softlydimpled, textured paper called Tintoretto. Get in touch if you would like samples of either of these.
We use the top quantity of 1000 as it is a nice round number that is at the high end of most school requirements. But as a hands-on, customer facing business we can print as many postcards as you would like and in as many different versions.
