So what is the difference between Flyers and Leaflets? At The School Printer it is the weight of the paper that determines if the product is one or the other. Flyers are usually printed on heavy boards (300gsm on our website), whereas leaflets are printed on a lighter paper stock (120gsm recycled or 150gsm silk/gloss). For ease of reference flyers are fat and leaflets are light!

All of our leaflets and flyers are printed on carbon offset paper via Woodland Trust and Carbon Footprint. It is very important to us that all of our products are as eco-friendly as possible as this is one way we achieve that commitment.

For a more nautural look and feel we recommend opting for the uncoated recycled flyers and leaflets, or choose the silk coated art boards if you want your flyers and leaflets to have a higher colour contrast and a smoother finish to the touch.
